EditoraFile requires a verified account for file processing. We process only the data needed to provide, secure and improve temporary file tools.
Uploads and generated results are private, tied to a one-way identifier derived from your account and automatically deleted after the configured retention period. Delete Now removes eligible files sooner. We do not use camera frames, files or OCR text for model training or analytics.
A one-way identifier derived from your authenticated account connects file jobs to server-side processing cycles. We store successful-job counts, reservations and breakdown timestamps so limits remain consistent across browsers and devices. We do not store raw passwords or raw IP addresses for analytics.
When you choose Share, we may create an anonymous referral token and record the platform button, shared-link visits and resulting processing jobs. A button click is a Share Action, not proof that another person received the link. We do not access contacts, messages, social credentials or recipient identities.
Feedback you submit is stored privately for administrators. Provider-neutral Support buttons may open Stripe, PayPal, Whop, Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee or another administrator-approved hosted HTTPS page. EditoraFile records privacy-safe outbound support-link intent only; it does not receive card data, verify payments or change free access after a click.
Company advertising and any consent-managed analytics remain separate from uploads, downloads, usage allowances and cooldowns. Reading a blog or viewing/clicking an advertisement never changes access. Operational records are retained only as needed for security, reliability and aggregate reporting.
